To clear Chrome Cache please undertake the following steps
  1. Chrome > 
  2. History > 
  3. Show Full History > 
  4. Clear browsing data >. 
Popup box will appear.

Please only ensure that the only following are checked:
  1. Cookies and other sites and plugin data 
  2. Cached images and Files 
From dropdown select period ( preference is from beginning of time) > Clear browsing data

Reload the site and it should be visible
