What will happen to my relationship with XIST2 once my website goes live?

The relationship between XIST2 and the client

When you are developing a website, the relationship between you and the agency is hopefully going to be very strong, with communication being on a daily or weekly basis. Clients may worry what will happen to the relationship between them and the agency once they go live, however, here at XIST2 we like to think of ourselves as a marketing partner. Once you have gone live, the contact won’t be as frequent, but it will be regular. This is so you are reassured that we are here if you need us.

There are two types of client here at XIST2; supported and not supported.

If you decide to take support, when you have an issue or a small change request that you need help with, these works will take priority and be covered under support. However, if they are large requests, we recommend you do not use your support time for these works, you just make an ad-hoc request. However, we are here to guide you on this.

If you don’t take support, when you have an issue or change request that you need help with, it may take us some time to get to you depending on the works we are dealing with at the time. Although we try to treat all our clients the same, the ones that are supported have the guarantee that their requests will be dealt with immediately.

All clients will be offered account reviews, which will take place once every quarter if the client wishes.

We, at XIST2, hope that the client feels they can approach us with any requests they may have.

If you wish to take support, arrange an account review meeting or have any questions about XIST2's relationship with clients, please contact our account manager Alex Sayers:
